You will see a "Send To" button on several windows, like the one below:
This button allows you to export the related data to several formats (PDF, HTML, Excel, Word, CSV, XML) and to several destinations (printer, screen, e-mail, ftp and Window's clipboard)
Important note: when you "Send To" from the main Tree, only what is currently at sight will be exported. If you want all the data to be exported, you have to press the Expand All button first. If you collapse any branch of the tree, that branch won't be exported.
When you press this button the following window opens:
Send To Window
This window allow you to select the destination and format of your exported data.
First select in the upper left panel the destination of your data; to the Printer, to the Clipboard, to a File on disk, and this last one you may also automatically send by e-mail or by FTP.
