By selecting "Printer", your data is generated into a report, which you can preview by screen. The report will output to the printer device selected by the look-up button below. If you make no selection, the default printer is used.
Preview: if you tick this box, the report will be presented on the screen, so you can accept it or reject it before actually print it. If you don't tick this box, the report will be send directly to the printer.
The look-up button allow you to pick one of the system printers.
