IP.Tree is compatible for use with any PC that has MS Windows XP or MS Windows Vista. It has been thoroughly tested with MS Windows XP SP 2 / 3 and MS Windows Vista SP 1.  This manual has been designed as a straightforward guide of how to facilitate the program but if you come across any problems or have any queries please do not hesitate to contact me, Jorge Alejandro Lavera at: jlavera@gmail.com or alternative at jorge_lavera@yahoo.com. If you have any suggestions or even criticisms to make these would welcomed as they could prove useful to enhance the program as it evolves. In return feedback will be sent in order to keep users informed of progress and current status.

In most cases any queries or requests for support will be answered within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday) with, at the very least, an acknowledgement of receipt. Should you not receive a reply please try both email addresses as in this day and age some spam filter mechanisms are over zealous and will often delete perfectly valid messages.

Registered users are able to obtain on-line support (ID Yahoo Messenger: jorge_lavera) and warranty to obtain future routine updates of the program free of charge. Major updates will be available on a case by case basis but at the moment it is not possible predict whether these will also be provided for free.

The quickest way to register is via email from your normal user address to one of the email addresses listed above. Please state your full name along with the date and place of purchase. You will then be assigned a client number and you will be recognized as a valid registered user when you send any further communications from the same email address.

Please note: If purchase information is not received from the distributor prior to your first contact there may be a delay of up to 24 hours before a reply is sent while your data is being verified.
